We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Kaits Kreations will only accept returns on unused Bundles, Closures, or Frontals. Refunds on bundles, closures and frontals are only honored within 3 business days of receiving the item. The bundles, closures, or frontals must be in its brand new condition, original packaging in its original state. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS on wigs. All wigs are custom made. All Sales for wigs are FINAL.
